Project Manager

Lead creative retail projects from beginning to end. ie. Signage, graphics, displays, environments through to printing, fabrication, shipment and installation.

Applies broad knowledge of creative/production services, implementing workflow procedures and quality control to handle assigned accounts including high-volume customer accounts, with minimal supervision.

Performs order management processes such as communicating job specific information, entering of orders into production and preparation of timely/accurate job instructions to meet client expectations. 

Work with team to develop/manage production timelines/budgets.

Facilitate meetings between clients, internal team and suppliers. 

Document project evolution and maintain a detailed record of job changes and status.

Work with Account Services and billers to ensure accuracy and integrity of job numbers and structure within the ecRetail project database.

Participates in the budgeting process and assists in monthly forecasting. 

Organize and lead weekly team status meetings. 

Facilitates the resolution of production-related problems in a timely manner and elevates appropriately when necessary.

Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

College degree or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years experience in project management/related field 

Software: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PC or Mac, Adobe Creative Suite a plus but not necessary

Valid Driver’s License

15 days PTO to be used for vacation/sick/personal per calendar year and all major holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

3% 401k benefits (Simple IRA), if you choose to participate after 3 months employment

5% commission on new client leads generated as a result of new sales/business development 

Bonuses based on company profits end of year

$60/month for cell-phone allowance
